The Star Trac® HumanSport Arm Crunch provides a unique combination of two very different muscles groups. The Star Trac® HumanSport Shoulder Chest offers an array of upper body exercises as a result of two sets of strategically located handles. Users can enjoy a variation on the traditional chest press with upper handles and then proceed to shoulder press exercises utilizing the lower handles..

The versatile Lat Pulley offers a wide variety of upper body exercises that usually require the additional time of exercising on several different machines. The lat pull-down and the high pulley row engage different portions of similar muscles from one seated position.

The dual function of the Pull Lift takes the definition of total body exercise to new heights. The ground-level pulleys and handles allow users to perform a variety of squat and lunge related exercises while the upper pulleys provide an excellent variety of high pulley maneuvers.

New Design:
The new Basic Trainer now provides all of the exercises from the front side making the rack much more compact.

Multiple Gripping Access:

The sled is driven by nylon bearing wheels that provide an ultra smooth and quiet ride. The carriage holds eight wheels that hug the solid steel guide rods preventing lateral movement and providing a precise motion from top to bottom.

The Counterbalance Advantage:
This machine provides reverse assisted resistance to allow for the userto perform a Dip, Chin-up, Squat and Crunch – four great exercises towork the entire body.
